Remodel of an iconic Type 21 apartment in the Grade II Listed Barbican Estate. Often the greatest architectural interventions are the simplest, and in this case we simply defined the 'services' block containing kitchen and bathroom with bespoke joinery and re-directed light deeper into the plan with an internal opaque window that still protects privacy of the rear bedroom configuration.
